Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known to be a tough taskmaster and his leading lady Deepika Padukone got a taste of it during the making of Ram Leela. Sources say the director used to make frequent changes to his scripts, with the actress being handed a different set of dialogues every two hours. A friend of the actress says, 'Every scene in a SLB film is tough. Deepika has worked with many directors but working with Bhansali was not an easy task.  Every scene came to me as a challenge.'

John Abraham loses case to two-wheeler brand, forced to find alternate title for his film. The plans around John Abraham's next project, titled Hamara Bajaj had been scooting ahead until a two-wheeler company expressed its objections to using its brand name in the film's title. The latest in the developments is that the Bombay High Court has given its verdict on the case in the scooter company's favour, forcing John and the film's director, Shoojit Sircar to think of an alternate title for their project. John's next production revolves around a small-town tour guide, Sanjay Bajaj. However, looks like the moped brand honchos were not amused with the coincidence.

In September 2002, Salman was allegedly driving a Toyota Land Cruiser that ran over a group of people sleeping on the pavement outside a bakery in suburban Bandra. One person was killed and four others were injured in the accident. On Tuesday a Mumbai sessions court heard three applications in the hit and run case. On Salman's plea on unfair media coverage of the case, the court orally directed that the media should report on the case in a fair manne r.While hearing activist Santosh Daundkar's plea to transfer false evidence case from Bandra to the sessions court, the court said it did not have suo moto powers to transfer the case. Activist Abha Singh's plea to assist the Public Prosecutor the court said it could be considered only at the final arguments stage. Salman Khan is being tried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. A Mumbai sessions court framed charges against the popular Bollywood actor on July 24, 2013. Mr Khan had earlier been charged with a lesser offence of causing death by rash and negligent driving, which would have carried a maximum punishment of only two years in jail.
