Seva Mandaara  a team of enthusiastic volunteers of Mandaara New England Kannada Koota (NEKK) focused on social causes and charitable work. Soon after its inception this past summer, Seva Mandaara swung into action to raise funds for Uttarkhand flood disaster. Email campaigns and personal outreach within NEKK community helped the team to raise $1150 towards the cause.

Seva Mandaara was happy to partner with American India Foundation (AIF) in their work to help the flood victims. Recently, members of Seva Mandaara team and NEKK executive committee met Mr. Venkat Srinivasan of AIF to hand over the check.

To encourage and promote the cultural events of the Kannada-loving community

To invite and honor dignitaries of interest to the Koota members. To promote communication among the Koota members.

To organize other events (including charitable) as required, which are of interest to Koota Members

NEKK is a non-profit cultural organization, exclusively for charitable and religious purposes representing people originating from Karnataka State, India or people interested in language, tradition and culture of Karnataka dedicated toward upholding above mentioned objectives.
