Keshav Shukla Named Relationship Manager For Asian Indian Market

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care has named Keshav Shukla to the new position of
Relationship Manager, Asian and Indian Markets. In this capacity, Mr. Shukla will focus on outreach to Asian Indian business and cultural organizations. Mr. Shukla has worked in Harvard Pilgrim’s Customer Service Department for 13 years. He will continue to serve as a customer service specialist there along with his new duties. While at Harvard Pilgrim, Mr. Shukla has been active in the Black Leadership Forum, the Inclusion Marketplace Core Team, Customer Service Awards, the Diwali Celebration, Black History Month and Tsunami Relief. He is also the founder and president of VPS, a 15-year-old Massachusetts based non-profit organization which promotes South Asian culture. Mr. Shukla is a graduate of BSA College in Mathura, India. He received the Pursuit of Excellence Award from Harvard Pilgrim in 2001 and the YMCA Achievers Award in 2013.
