South actress Tamannah will be seen with Ajay Devgn in Sajid Khan's film Himmatwala. But even before her film releases next month, she has landed another project opposite Akshay Kumar being produced by Ramesh Taurani.The writer duo Sajid and Farhad will direct the film which will roll by the year-end. Akshay has given a go ahead to their script which is a mass entertainer. Sajid and Farhad have penned films like Golmaal, Singham, Double Dhamaal and Houseful 2 and Bol Bachchan among others.
Digital media platform has been abuzz with reports of Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan being admitted in a suburban hospital at Mumbai due to high diabetes and breathlessness. Reports said that she is under observation in Intensive Care Unit and is critical. However, talking to FullyFilmi, Saroj has denied all reports calling them to be rumours. Khan who is known for her straightforward remarks says, " I am at home and perfectly fine. I don't understand whether to call them my friends or my rivals to make me ill. I never lie to anyone and you can come for tea and check whether I am fine or not. All these media people want to fill in their pages, so they keep on talking about someone's health. But it is wrong."
Controversial Pakistani actress Veena Malik has entered the Guinness World Records by receiving 137 kisses on her hand in one minute. She admits it is for the sake of her upcoming film "The City That Never Sleeps". "I am a celebrity anyway and if you say that it is for publicity, ok, yeah, we need publicity for 'The City That Never Sleeps', " Veena said after breaking the earlier record set by Salman Khan of 108 kisses.
Priyanka Chopra is all set to start shooting the first item song of her career. The track that will be a part of Sanjay Gupta's upcoming sequel. Six months ago, Priyanka was approached by Sanjay for the number. However, she wanted to be sure about the song as it would be her first ever item song. Once the track finalised, eight different variations were made. Finally, one has been selected and recorded.Priyanka is said to be quite happy about the number that will be choreographed by Ahmed Khan.
Pratyusha Banerjee who is playing 'Anandi' in the popular daily soap is being replaced by Toral Rasputra. A unit source says, `The makers were looking for a replacement for a long time now. There were some issues between her and the crew as she never came on the sets on time.` Pratyusha however maintains, `In a family set up, arguments are bound to happen. I wish them all the best. They gave me fame and name.` The actress is planning to take a break at the moment to spend time with her ill mother. She adds, `It was mutual decision as they were looking for another girl. I had a meeting with the channel and decided to quit. My mother had an eye operation and I wanted to take care of her.` The channel's spokesperson states, `Pratyusha will be replaced from the March 4 episode. The show is focussing on Shiv-Anandi's married life. Given the hectic shoot schedules, Pratyusha was unable to commit the required time. Therefore, we mutually agreed to part ways.`
