PROBLEM #1
John spent one-fourth of his life as a boy, one-eighth as a youth, and one-half as an active man. If John spent 10 years as an old man, then how many years did he spend as an active man?

PROBLEM #2

When I add 6 times my age 6 years from now to 7 times my age 7 years from now, I get 14 times my current age. How old will I be 5 years from now?
