Kareena Kapoor's spicy avatar in the first trailer of "Heroine" has grabbed over two million eyeballs since its launch on YouTube. The trailer was launched July 25 on small screen as well as internet, and the stupendous response has left director Madhur Bhandarkar extremely happy. Kareena plays Mahi Arora, an actress in the film, which narrates the ups and downs in the life of a movie star. The trailer captures many facets of an actress' life - the struggle, success and downfall, and Kareena looks smashing in most scenes, including the item number "Halkat jawaani".

Fed up of looking desi, Sonakshi Sinha asked for a costume makeover for her 'Govinda' song, also goes on to shed her kilos and do six photo sessions in her svelte new avatar. Sona wants to break free. Ever since her success as a desi chick in blockbusters like Dabangg and Rowdy Rathore, the image and the saree has stuck. Now buzz is that the actress wants to experiment with western silhouettes on screen and has already lost some of her kilos to put this plan in action. Apparently, with this in mind, Sona demanded an image makeover for her Janmashtami item number in Akshay Kumar's forthcoming home production.

Sajid Khan bows out of Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Judwaa 2' but plans to work with him again in 'Housefull 3'. Sajid Nadiadwala and Sajid Khan have amicably decided not to do the sequel of Judwaa 2 together. Apparently, because the script did not impress both director and producer. As a result, Sajid Khan has bowed out of the project. However, the two close friends will work together again in Housefull 3, post which the remake of Judwaa will go on the floor.

Bollywood star Aamir Khan can now take pride in owning legendary actor Shammi Kapoor's jacket, one among the six film memorabilia items he bid for, at the Osian's Cinefan auction here. Aamir spent a total of Rs.238,000 at the event.  Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao, who reportedly bid for six collector's items valued at Rs.238,000, including late Shammi Kapoor's jacket for Rs.88,000 on phone. Gurgaon-based entertainment hub Kingdom of Dreams successfully bid for the full rights to the last recorded song of legendary Kishore Kumar who recorded it three days before his death in 1987. Kingdom of Dreams will use it for its new musical show "Jhumroo", which celebrates the spirit of the singer. They got it for Rs.15.6 lakh.

Three decades ago he met with nearly fatal accident while shooting for 1982 film "Coolie" and now megastar Amitabh Bachchan says he may tabulate the details of the incident. However, he has not clarified whether it will be on his blog or in a book.  "It is strange that the issue of the accident has come up. Tomorrow is the 1st of August and the day after shall be the 2nd of August - my second birthday! There has been so much detail and talk for this day, that it would be unethical almost to speak about it now.But I had once promised to give those details in the days to come and I shall.
