A train averaged 120 km/h for the first two thirds of a trip (in distance) and 100 km/h for the whole trip. Find its average speed for the last third of the trip.

PROBLEM #2
One mile upstream from his starting point, a rower passed a log floating with the current. After rowing upstream for one more hour, he rowed back and reached his starting point just as the log arrived. How fast was the current flowing??

SOLUTION 2
0.5 mph.
