Navratri Celebrated With Akhand Japa At Satsang Center

In the mix of spiritually vibrant celebration of recent Navratri's, that included Jagratas, Garba-Dandiya, Havans and Bhajans, on October 2nd, Satsang Center and Gayatri Pariwar hosted a very subtle yet powerful event of Akhand Japa.

During the course of 12 hours continuous Japa Sadhana, over 100 people participated. This was a particularly and practically silent program, where people joined in at different times to do Japa and Dhyana in this spiritually vibrant sanctuary of the SATSANG Center.

For Spiritual aspirants (Sadhaks), Navratri Parva is an specially auspicious period for intensive Sadhana, which, if done with mindfulness and living faith, gives extraordinary results in terms of rapid progress towards spiritual unfoldment. Most people who performed Japa with sincere, humble, open and receptive heart, were tangibly touched by the divine bliss and they had very unique experience throughout the Akhand Japa.

Several kids were continuously present for the entire duration of 12 hours and they participated with great enthusiasm and devotion. People also enjoyed reading spiritual books and listening Satsang audio after their Japa. The Japa sadhana concluded with arti and the Garba dance followed in the night.
