ARTHRITIS EXERCISE
PROGRAM
For
Indian Seniors
If you have arthritis and are 60 or over, you may want to join the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) to improve your health, increase your flexibility and range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.
Join a FREE program for Indian seniors organized by the Arthritis Foundation Massachusetts Chapter and the Indian Circle for Caring USA Inc. (ICC).
Dates: June 29 to September 2, 2010 ( 12 week program) Meeting Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays ( meets twice a week) Time: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Location: Evans Park at Newton Corner, 430 Centre Street, Newton, MA Instructor: Riddhi H. Mehta, Physical Therapist, Certified AFEP Leader Fees: Free of Charge (voluntary donation welcome)
