These guidelines are ,gaining knowledge , testing knowledge, using knowledge for the benefit of humanity, accepting rewards to build up an identity and social status and using the gains from these rewards and status for the service of all based on the concept of equality, fraternity. compassion and love irrespective of caste, creed of societal disparity.

Prof. R. Subrahmonia Ayyar (Retd) served as the Dean of Academic Programs at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India (IIT Bombay). He has also served as a visiting faculty at MIT and Tufts University. In addition to having an illustrious career as a professor and researcher in the field of Civil Engineering, he is an erudite scholar who has extensively studied Hindu Scriptures and Tamil Literature. He has given several talks on the subject. He is the father of Smt. Ranjani Saigal, co-founder of Lokvani.com and coordinator of many Nrityanjali events at the tem ple.
