A painting job can be completed by 8 painters in 30 days. If 32 more painters join the team 5 days after starting work on the job, then how many more days are required to complete the job?

By replacing each alphabet with numbers(0 to 9)  make the following equation correct. Each letter can represent only one number, and every number can be represented by only one letter.
