“Mr. Kher has a voice as appealing as it is thrilling—he can unleash notes that bring to mind qawwali singers—and he's an amiable entertainer.”Wall Street Journal

Kailash Kher is a superstar in India, where his credits include several hit songs and more than sixty Bollywood soundtracks. The raw, earthy and soulful strength of his voice has made him one of the most unique and popular voices in Indian music today. His seven-piece band Kailasa moves among styles without hesitation, adding touches of folk, funk and rock to Indian pop.
