Health Seminar
Managing Diabetes & Heart Disease:
Heart Healthy Eating

The Desai Family Foundation (DFF) is pleased to announce a complimentary interactive seminar to help raise awareness about diabetes and heart disease, and educate the community on disease prevention and heart healthy eating.

The seminar will be led by three health experts who will teach disease prevention and management as well as provide a guide to eating heart smart and healthy Indian food. The interactive group discussion is designed to be fun and engaging, and lets you bring preventative research home into the Indian kitchen and give practical advice that you can use.   If you or someone you know has diabetes or heart disease or a family history of either, we encourage you to attend the seminar together to learn successful methods to manage and prevent these life-threatening diseases. Your RSVP is required, as seating is limited. To RSVP please call (781) 270-3655 or email info@desaifamilyfoundation.org
