G&C Global Consortium was launched in year 2002 by the dynamic husband and wife duo of Mr. A.V.R. Chowdary &  Mrs. A. Gouthami. The company was then known as G&C International Associates and within a year of inception rose to be one of the fastest growing Marketing Associates in its franchising field in India.

Could you give us a background on the inspiration behind this company you founded?

I was a successful professional in corporate life and served one of the leading PSU of India for 20 years serving in various capacities. I was rated as the best divisional manager in the country in the year 1999 /2000. However, I realized that to create wealth for myself and all those who are associated with me, I have to strike out on my own. During that phase of my life I had the opportunity of investing in real estate through a broker and he was making 10 times more money that I did just by putting buyers and sellers together without much serious service of any value to either of the parties. This set me thinking and I came to the conclusion that with my background and contacts I could do a much better job in that field by setting a professional broking firm in real estate . Eventually I took a bold decision to give up my old career and started our company 'G & C International' in 2004 and subsequently it was made into a private limited company and simultaneously renamed as 'G & C Global Consortium Pvt. Ltd.'

 I can say with humility and pride that we are now No-1 in South India in our field of operations having done deals worth more than 1250 crores with a wide branch network in India and abroad in Dubai, Singapore, USA to cater to the requirements of NRIs and we have more than 10,000 relationships developed round the globe . So far, I can say with a sense of satisfaction that our company has helped both developers and investors to reap significant benefits.

What is the purpose of your visit to Boston and other cities here?

Boston is part of my leg covering 9 cities in USA for doing my road shows in line with the company philosophy of 'Creating Wealth for All', I have been coming to USA to showcase our UNIQUE  Operations/ business model  to draw  NRIs attention  and educate them on  all the possibilities of wealth multiplication through us and to give a feel of depth and transparency of our operations particularly in South India where G & C has a very strong image and hold.   The villas and apartments offered are from top 5 to 7 brands of each city in the South who are well established and reputed builders, at attractive rates and most of the times at PRE -PUBLIC LAUNCH prices which are given exclusively to G & C clients and hence TOTALLY UNIQUE IN MARKET .  1)Investing in pre-launch of villa projects in major markets like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Cochin, Vizag etc.,where by booking amount is anywhere ranging from 30 to 50 lakhs and thereafter one can take bank loan( 80 to 85 % of total value funded by banks) . If they sell their villa before registration ( that is at the time of completion of construction which is generally 2.5 to 3 years) they can make anywhere between 75 lakhs to 150 lakhs as capital gains and may be more depending on market hype.

 2)Investing in Delux flats in outstanding projects where one need to put in 10 to 15 lakhs booking amount and then take 90% loan.
