From a successful model to heartthrob of millions onscreen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has come a long way. And now she is willing to share her journey of life with her fans all over the globe. We hear that Ash is all set to write her biography with the help of her mother, Vrinda Rai, who is a writer too. While Aishwarya's business manager, Hari Singh, remained non-commital about the veracity of facts but he didn't reject the news either. "Time and again, she has been approached by many authors and publishing houses. But Ash never considered the same, considering her shooting commitments. Aishwarya is definitely not interested in commissioning her biography to anyone. She wants to pen it herself," says Hari Singh. "She writes personal notes on the daily basis. Considering her career graph, the idea of a biography makes absolute sense," he adds.

Not too many people know about Ranbir Kapoor's secret passion. It came out in the open field on Tuesday when Bollywood played a charity benefit match against a professional team of soccer players at the Abhijeet Kadam Memorial Football Cup match in Pune. ost clearly Ranbir Kapoor was the man of the match. He not only surprised the spectators and his colleagues who were there at the event with his expertise at the game, Ranbir came home to Mumbai triumphant, having scored 4 out of the 7 goals scored by the Bollywood team, leading the film fraternity into a clean victory of the field.

Govinda is very excited about getting together with David Dhawan and producer Vashu Bhagnani again. "We've created quite a dhamaal in the past with Hero No 1 and Coolie No 1. We'll definitely be creating a full-on entertainment again. Yes, it'll be a comedy. I'll try my level-best that we come back with a film that will do justice to all three of us Govinda says he owes his entire comeback to David Dhawan. "It's something I learnt from Mr Bachchan. When he needed to make a comeback called Mr Yash Chopra for Mohabbatein. Similarly when I needed to come back I rang up David and he gave me Partner." Govinda has no qualms in admitting he was influenced by the Big B. "Yeah, I copied Mr Bachchan. I'm not anything like Mr Bachchan. But why shouldn't I copy a man as great as him If he could reach out to a filmmaker, why couldn't I? David is such a big man. One call to him and my career was re-made. Today if he asks me to do another film with him I don't even need to think about him I'd do it blindly."

Bollywood has not managed to deliver the 'real punch' in terms of music this year. The  business of 'Jodhaa Akbar' has been decent while other soundtracks have not been able to make a space in the listeners' heart! RACE of late, has been doing good business and so is the music of Ajay Devgan starrer, U Me Aur Hum.  Now as all eyes look forward to a change in trend, the soundtrack of TASHAN is believed to have the music to out beat others in the market. JANNAT, with scores by Pritam will also be launched in this period and this surely looks to be a 'Clash of Titans'!  TASHAN, the multi starrer project under Yashraj Films starring Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor hopes to rebuild the authority of Yashraj in the industry after a very average 2007, where only Chak De India managed to do wonders, along with Tararumpum doing average business, while their other projects, Jhoom Baraabar Jhoom, Laaga Chunri Main Daag and Aaja Nachle proved disasters at the box office!

After promoting Whirlpool appliances and Tata Indicom, now Bollywood's talented actress Kajol will now be the new brand ambassador of Anchor White toothpaste.Commenting on her new role, Kajol said: "For me, my family always comes first. Becoming a mother has made me very conscious about my family's health and oral care needs. I am proud to be their brand ambassador."
