MohanLal Show 2007

Bharat Mohanlal and fellow artists have so far performed in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Tampa, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, and San Francisco and Los Angles.  His reception in these cities was richly enthusiastic as viewers lauded his exquisite performances.  The combined talents of Mohanlal, of the great director Joshi, and of other artists have riveted audiences.  The three and a half hour show has been a spectacular theatrical event.

The program of the Mohanlal Show 2007 has included dances by Mohanlal, Laksmi Gopalswami, Vineet, and Swetha Menon as well as hilarious comedy skits by comedian Surraj Venjuarmood, Mohanlal and other artists.  The program  has included songs by Mohanlal, by Remi Tommy and Ramesh Babu, and by other celebrity stars. The performances of Laksmi Gopalswamy and Vineet have exhibited a blend of classical, folk and cinematic talent.  The audiences have loved the medley dance performed by Mohanlal, a wonderful number Mohanlal had created from all the dances he had performed in his movies. Mohanlal's other dances and skits have also received warm, enthusiastic applause.  Comedian Suraaj Venjaramood has elicited spontaneous laughter, and both Mukesh and Jagadish have entertained with unusually clever portrayals of comic heroes.

The Mohanlal Show 2007 is scheduled to perform in Detroit, Chicago, and Miami on September 14, 15, and 16 respectively and in New Jersey, New York, and Boston on September 21, 22, and 23 respectively.  Audiences have expressed gratitude to the National Sponsor, Mr. Vijayan of Tara Arts ,for sponsoring The Mohanlal Show 2007 and for organizing a flawless, fluent program.

Overall, the program has been a spectacular marshalling of talent - a program that presented a harmonious blend of comic skits, of inspired music, and of spirited dances.
