A farmer has  some land and four straight pieces of  fencing (they cannot be bent) of length 1,2,3,4 meters. What is the maximum area he can enclose by connecting these fences.  Assume the land is very large and flat.(The ends of fence should touch each other and  form a quadrilateral on ground)
