Sushil K. Tuli, chairman of the board for Leader Bancorp, Inc. (the Company), announced today the appointment of Dr. Priscilla H. Douglas to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Douglas is the founder and principal of PHDouglas & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in executive coaching. She has held key positions in government, academics and business during the course of her career, including serving as the Secretary of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, an instructor for the master’s program for Harvard University Radcliffe Seminars, and a White House Fellow. Dr. Douglas received a Doctor of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Master of Education and Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.

Dr. Douglas previously served on Leader Bank’s Advisory Board, which was formed in 2004 to review operations and strategic planning for the Bank.
