Cutting down speculation that Aishwarya Rai is having "second thoughts" about doing Sarkar 2, Ram Gopal Varma gives detail on his "first sequel ever". The film which starts shooting in June 2007 has already acquired the stars' dates. "Amitji, Abhishek and Aishwarya have confirmed their dates. There's no question of Aishwarya having second thoughts. She has heard her role and then consented. She plays a very very strong character, far more so than the women in the first part of Sarkar. You could say, Aishwarya is as much a part of the central drama as the Bachchans. I went to her because I needed a leading lady of her stature. I wouldn't waste my time and hers offering her a role that anyone else could do.” – says Ram Gopal Verma

"I've never been more frightened," Priyanka is still shivering from her experience at Latur last week. "Anything could've happened. If I've survived, it's because someone up there cares for me." "When they asked me to come to the CM's birthday bash in Latur I readily agreed. I like to go to small towns. They never get to see celebrities in such places. I went for very selfish reasons.I wanted to see them smile. I feel really awful about what happened. To begin with the crowds were so wonderful. They had my posters and they were dancing to my songs. I wish it had ended nicely. But finally it was a scary experience all right. There was a crowd of 20,000 people. Naturally there weren't that many cops. The bandobast was fine. But the crowds started breaking barricades. The CM's son Amit Deshmukh was being so sweet trying to protect me. But I was caught in the middle of this whole crowd. It was terrible."

Kangana did the unthinkable at the Bollywood Movie Awards 2007 on 25 May at Long Island, New York.  Says Kangana, "I danced to a re-mix of songs from my films Gangster,Woh Lamhe and Metro. Except that these are male numbers. I got them re-recorded into a female voice and danced to them."

You will be surprised to know this side of Salman Khan. Salman  may not be on the top spot in Bollywood, but his new talent has come to light recently. A few weeks back, Salman had given a number of his paintings for a charity auction organized by Plan India. But Sallu had pulled out one painting from the auction because it was able to get the highest bid of Rs 20 lakh only, which, according to Salman, was much less than the painting’s real worth. The painting, an abstract, showed the back of a woman holding a child in her arms.  It seems Salman’s decision to pull out the painting from the auction was a wise one as the canvas has now reportedly been sold for a hefty sum of rupees one crore.

There are no pyar ke side effects for Kim Sharma . After her break off from Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, the cute actress is doing just fine. Kim and Yuvraj had been dating for a long time. Though there never was a public admission of their romance by them, the two were almost inseparable during the course of their long affair. Now, Kim and Yuvi have split. While some gossipmongers are portraying Kim as a heartbroken girl, the actress says she has moved on and is doing well.

After winning “Big Brother” and  “The Controversial Kiss”, Shilpa Shetty is all set for a Broadway show. Shilpa reveals, “It’s going to be an Indian musical on the lines of Bollywood Dreams . Although it will be ‘Bollywood’ in spirit, it will also cater to Western sensibilities. It’s a hugely ambitious musical, and I’m very excited. I always wanted to do something on the lines of Moulin Rouge or Chicago . This is my chance.”

I searched ‘Sivaji’ on google and the first hit was wikipedia page on Sivji:

But the release of the much hyped Rajanikanth starrer Sivaji has again been postponed. It was earlier announced that the film would hit the screens on May 31, but the release has been postponed to June 15.It seems the release is jinxed because it has been several times for unknown reasons.June 15, we hear, now has been fixed as the final date. ‘No further delays”, promises Bellamkonda Suresh, who has the film rights for Andhra area.
