How did you get involved with the Indian American community?

I got involved with the Indian community while going through a traumatic health experience.  I realized how caring and intelligent the Indian community is when it comes to any human being.  I would like to thank my primary physician Dr. Sundar for saving my life!  Since then I wanted to learn more about the Indian culture

Can you share a few tips of a family trying to sell their home?

Doing whatever you can to put your house's best face forward is very important if you want to get close to your asking price or sell as quickly as possible. Short of spending a lot of money, here are several ideas for making your home show better:

* Sweep the sidewalk, mow the lawn, prune the bushes, weed the garden and clean debris from the yard.

* Clean the windows (both inside and out) and make sure the paint is not chipped or flaking. And speaking of paint, if your home was built before 1978, new federal law gives a buyer the right to request a lead inspection. If you think you might have some problems, do the inspection yourself beforehand and make any fixes you can.

* Be sure that the doorbell works. * Organize closets.

* Clean and spruce up all rooms, furnishings, floors, walls and ceilings. It's especially important that the bathroom and kitchen are spotless.

* Make sure the basic appliances and fixtures work. Get rid of leaky faucets and frayed cords.

* Make sure the house smells good: from an apple pie, cookies baking or spaghetti sauce simmering on the stove. Hide the kitty litter.

* Put vases of fresh flowers throughout the house.

* Having pleasant background music playing in the background also will help set your stage

When homebuyers and sellers think about real estate, they think of the CENTURY 21 brand. In fact, according to a national survey*, the CENTURY 21 Brand was the most recognized name in real estate. Put the power of this international brand name to work in your local market to help sell your home faster for the best price possible, or help you find the next place you'll call "home sweet home."

What are the areas or locations that you serve as a realtor?

I serve the area of Massachusetts, but in particular Lowell, Chelmsford, Dracut, Tyngsboro, Andover, Tewksbury, Methuen and surrounding areas.

You are a realtor with Century 21 sager, but have been writing poetry too? Have they been influenced by your life experiences or just your poetic inspiration?

About me personally, I do love Real Estate, but writing poetry is my first passion!  My inspiration for writing comes from life experiences, poetic inspiration and whatever is going on around the world.   I am very ambitious though.  I do have an Associates degree in Liberal Studies and currently enrolled for the Registered Nurse Program.  As a volunteer, I coached Babe Ruth Major and Senior League baseball for over 10+ years.  I also coached basketball for 4 years.

What is your advice to people interested in a real estate career?

My advice for people interested in the Real Estate business is to stay focus and network, network, network!  Get involved with as many social events as you can and don’t be afraid to speak to anyone.  Conversations lead the way.

What is the best way for people to get in touch with you?

The best way to reach me is by calling Century 21 Sager Real Estate 309 Rogers Street (rte38) Lowell, Ma 01852

978-459-0533 ext:147.
