On the eve of an important day in American history, we would like to share with you the breaking news a few hours ago on the civilian nuclear pact between India and the US. According to news reports, A key U.S. Senate committee on Thursday gave initial approval to a civilian nuclear cooperation deal with India, hailing it as the cornerstone of ties with an important new ally.
