Giani Hem Singhji Visits Boston

On Saturday May 27, 2006, Baban & Hiro Motwani of Billerica hosted Giani Hem Singhji, who is a Head Priest of Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, New Delhi and is on a tour of USA, Canada and London. It was very gracious occasion for everyone present to receive his Ashrivad (blessings). He will be back in Boston again on 3rd July for a week for those who might be interested in coordinating an activity.

Giani Hem Singhji alongwith other Gianis took Golden Palki from Gurdwara Bangla Sahib to Gurdwara Nankana Sahib in Lahore (Pakistan, Birthplace of Guru Nanak Devji, first Guru of Sikh in a special bus from Nov. 25 - 27, 2005.

Giani Hem Singhji and his associates sung Gurbani Kirtan (Puta Mata  Ki Aasis) of Divine Grace. After that he shed some light on teachings of Guru Nanakdevji (Head of Sikh Panth). Guru Nanak was a living embodiment of Godliness, his message was love, humanity and Jap (Repeating name of God). He explained the utterance of God's name burns away all sins. He responds to the yearning of the prayerful and adoring heart of His devotees.
