Ishita Agrawal 08/27/2026 Let's Chat: Youth Mental Health Panel by the India Youth Group (IYG) By Ishita Agrawal In light of recent events affecting the South Asian community, many families are asking important questions about youth well-being, mental health, and how we can better support one another. Having faced several tragedies in recent years, communities across Massachusetts are feeling the impact -underscoring the urgent need for open conversations around family support and mental health. To address these vital issues, ISW's youth group (IYG) is hosting a Youth Mental Wellness Panel focused on supporting our youth and families. Our Featured Panelists: Kalyani Krishnan – Therapeutic Tutor & Psycho-Educational Counselor Alison Eccleston – Director of Clinical Operations at Shrewsbury Youth & Family Services Sukanya Ray – Associate Professor of Psychology at Suffolk University This discussion will bring together experts and community members to share resources, answer questions, and foster open dialogue. We strongly encourage parents and youth to attend together. Understanding available resources and learning how to support each other can make a lasting, meaningful difference for our families and our community.
