In light of recent events affecting the South Asian community, many families are asking important questions about youth well-being, mental health, and how we can better support one another. Having faced several tragedies in recent years, communities across Massachusetts are feeling the impact -underscoring the urgent need for open conversations around family support and mental health.

To address these vital issues, ISW's youth group (IYG) is hosting a Youth Mental Wellness Panel focused on supporting our youth and families.

Kalyani Krishnan – Therapeutic Tutor & Psycho-Educational Counselor

Alison Eccleston – Director of Clinical Operations at Shrewsbury Youth & Family Services

Sukanya Ray – Associate Professor of Psychology at Suffolk University

This discussion will bring together experts and community members to share resources, answer questions, and foster open dialogue.
