The ISSO Boston Shree Swaminarayan Hindu Temple will celebrate its 20th Anniversary (Divya Dwidashabdi Mahotsav) with a nine-day festival from August 15–23, 2026, at 1705 Middlesex Street, Lowell, Massachusetts.

One of the largest Hindu temples in New England, the temple is currently undergoing significant exterior renovations inspired by the traditional architecture of India's grand Hindu temples. The celebration is expected to welcome thousands of visitors from across the United States and Canada.

A historic highlight of the festival will be the first-ever gathering of three generations of the hereditary spiritual leaders (Dharmakul) of the Nar Narayan Dev Gadi, making this a once-in-a-generation occasion for the global Swaminarayan community.

The week-long celebration will include traditional Vedic ceremonies, devotional music, cultural performances, youth programs, community events, and opportunities for visitors to experience Hindu traditions and heritage.
