Tulsi Immunity Tea - A Fast Relief Formula

Here is a stronger Tulsi Immunity Tea for cold, cough, and pollen allergy symptoms.

 

Text Box:       Ingredients:

  • 10–12 fresh Tulsi leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ inch ginger (crushed)
  • 2–3 black peppercorns (lightly crushed)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (or small fresh turmeric piece)
  • 1 tsp honey (added at end)
  • Few drops lemon juice (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Boil 1 cup water
  2. Add Tulsi leaves, ginger, and black pepper
  3. Simmer for 5–8 minutes until strong aroma develops
  4. Add turmeric and mix well
  5. Strain into a cup
  6. Let it cool slightly, then add honey (do not add to boiling liquid)

 

How to Use:

  • Drink once daily during symptoms
  • For strong allergy or cold: twice daily (morning & evening)
  • Best taken warm on an empty stomach or between meals
