Here is a stronger Tulsi Immunity Tea for cold, cough, and pollen allergy symptoms.
Ingredients:
- 10–12 fresh Tulsi leaves
- 1 cup water
- ½ inch ginger (crushed)
- 2–3 black peppercorns (lightly crushed)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder (or small fresh turmeric piece)
- 1 tsp honey (added at end)
- Few drops lemon juice (optional)
Method:
- Boil 1 cup water
- Add Tulsi leaves, ginger, and black pepper

- Let it cool slightly, then add honey (do not add to boiling liquid)
