We kicked the evening off with a State of the Union from Mark Bruso, Research Director at JLL. Mark shared timely insights on the lab market, including shifting supply and demand dynamics, tenant behavior, pricing trends, and the growing impact of AI and Tough Tech on real estate decisions.

Following this was a dynamic panel discussion featuring Sam Crossan (JLL), Jordan Yarboro (Healthpeak), and Brendan Richards (The Davis Companies). They brought a wide range of perspectives, from tenant representation and lab leasing to institutional ownership and investment strategy.  Offering attendees a well-rounded view of Boston's life sciences and tough tech real estate landscape.
