FIA–New England to Host 4th International India Day Parade at Boston Harbor on August 10

The Foundation of Indian-Americans (FIA) – New England is proud to present the 4th International India Day Parade at the iconic Boston Harbor on Sunday, August 10, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM (EST). This grand celebration marks India’s 78th Swadhinta Diwas (Independence Day) and promises a vibrant display of culture, community, and unity.

Set against the scenic backdrop of one of Boston’s most visited tourist destinations, the parade will feature:

Thematic Floats representing Indian states and cultures
Colorful cultural performances by local and international artists
Marching bands and musical ensembles
Flag hoisting ceremony honoring veterans, seniors, law enforcement, and exemplary women leaders
Scholarship recognition for 78 outstanding kids
Delicious Indian cuisine and
Booths for shopping, small businesses, and community organizations

The event is a true reflection of the Indian-American community’s spirit and its contributions to New England. With ample space for setting up booths, it’s also an excellent opportunity for vendors and sponsors to engage with thousands of attendees.
