Swadesh is an immersive musical experience blending the rich traditions of Indian Classical, Ghazal, Folk, and Semi-Classical music, with a fresh twist. Guided by the visionary Tanmay Deochake, who also adds his vocals and original compositions, this tour makes Raag music feel personal, familiar, and far from intimidating. Swadesh is more than a concert—it's a celebration of culture, nostalgia, and the timeless sounds that connect us all.

Tanmay Deochake is a renowned and versatile Harmonium virtuoso from India, known for his innovative and aesthetic musical instrumentation. He began his musical journey under his father and grandfather, later continuing his training with Pt Pramod Marathe and Pt Suresh Talwalkar. Tanmay also leads his band 'Tanmay In Harmony', which showcases the Harmonium's versatility in various genres. He founded 'Swaranuja' to inspire youth with classical music, and he continues to collaborate with fellow musicians while expanding his creativity.

Atharv Kulkarni had his foundational training in harmonium under Guru Smt. Supriya Prani. For the past nine years, he has been receiving advanced guidance from his Guru, Shri Tanmay Deochake. Additionally, Atharv is learning the intricacies of ‘Lay-Taal’ from the renowned tabla maestro, Pt Suresh Talwalkar.

Soham Gorane, a tabla prodigy, has been learning under the guidance of Pandit Yogesh Samsi for the past nine years. Soham has performed with legends like Pt. Suresh Wadkar and has won several awards globally. He has also received a prestigious scholarship from Ajivasan Gurukul in 2018.

 

Pt Tejendra Narayan Majumdar started his music training under his grandfather Bibhuti Ranjan Majumdar with mandolin. He also received vocal and tabla training under Amaresh Chowdhury and Anil Palit. Later he trained under Bahadur Khan for 18 years until the latter died. He then continued training under Ajay Sinha Roy and Ustad Ali Akbar Khan. He stood first in the All India Radio music competition in 1981 and was awarded the President's gold medal and the Pandit D. V. Paluskar award. He was awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for 2018.

Pt Tanmoy Bose is one of the foremost musicians of the contemporary scenario of World Music. Born to a family of connoisseurs he first took his talim from the none other than Late Kanai Dutta and after his demise Tanmoy became a Gandabandh Shagird of none else than Pandit Shankar Ghosh. He has accompanied great masters such as Pt Ravi Shankar and Utstad Amjad Ali Khan.
