The President and the executive committee of United India Association of New England is sad to inform you that Dr. Chander Kapasi's sister-in-law, Mrs. Pratibha Kapoor passed away on December 13, 2023, in the early hours of the morning. Pratibha ji was a well-spoken, highly accomplished and a graceful lady. She is survived by her husband, Pushp Raj Kapoor, two daughters, Puja and Bonu, their husbands and 4 grandchildren. Our deepest condolences and sympathy to the entire family specially to her husband, daughters and grandchildren. May her soul rest in peace. Om Shanti.
