Volunteer for a noble cause:

अभ्यासेऽप्यसमर्थोऽसि मत्कर्मपरमो भव ।

abhyāse ’py asamartho ’si mat-karma-paramo bhava

In Bhakti Yoga of Srimad Bhagavadgita, the Lord says to Arjuna that by performing service with devotion to HIM, one can achieve the state of perfection. Selfless seva is the very essence of devotion to the Lord. As our Chinmaya Mission pledge says, service to the country/community is service to the Lord of Lords and devotion to the people is devotion to the Supreme Self.

The Trisati Suvasini Puja presents a great opportunity to do this type of service. For a puja of this scale to run smoothly, we need an army of volunteers to work together for this noble cause.

Please sign up and volunteer your time and energy generously. You may sign up for multiple slots as you are able to, over the different days.

Donate to a noble cause

दातव्यमिति यद्दानं दीयतेऽनुपकारिणे ।
देशे काले च पात्रे च तद्दानं सात्त्विकं स्मृतम् ॥ १७-२०॥
dātavyam iti yad dānaṁ dīyate ‘nupakāriṇe
deśhe kāle cha pātre cha tad dānaṁ sāttvikaṁ smṛitam ||17-20||

Lord Krishna says "Charity given to a worthy person/ noble cause with the sole intention of giving and without consideration of anything in return, at the proper time and in the proper place, is cherished as good charity.

The Trisati Suvasini Puja presents a great opportunity to donate for a noble cause. Any contribution is warmly appreciated!
