Many people have doubt about this Zero Oil cooking and some doctors are also against this Zero Oil coking by saying that our body needs oil and without that how can it work. Their argument is that if oil is not used then how vitamin A and others will be absorbed. Our nature has already put some oil in all the grains and crops so there is no need for using oil from outside. Our roti has 1 per cent oil, rice has 1 percent oil, dals have 5 percent and every veggie and fruit has some percent of oil. We get the required amount of oil for our body from these foods.
