FERMENTED CHANA DAL CHEELA

INGREDIENTS
•    Chana Dal, ¼ cup
•    Ginger, ½ inch piece
•    Garlic (roughly chopped), 2 cloves
•    Onion (roughly chopped), 1 medium
•    Green Chilli, 1  Medium
•    Salt, to taste
•    Oil, 1 tsp

FOR THE CHEELA
7.    Soak Chana Dal, in 3 cups of water for about 30 minutes.
8.    Drain and Grind with all the chopped veggies, adding salt to form a smooth batter.
9.    Heat the Cast Iron tawa and drizzle it.
10.    Spread the batter to a thin disc.
11.    Drizzle with oil and cook evenly from both sides.

12.    Serve hot with Green Chutney!
