Deepika Padukone could have approached the role of a yoga trainer in Gehraiyaan in two ways. One, she could have slipped into an ongoing class of Anshuka Parwani and noticed the manner in which the trainer corrected postures and conducted sessions. Two, she could have cashed in on the opportunity to learn more about a subject she was passionate about. Evidently, Padukone picked the latter.

Bappi Lahiri, the king of Bollywood disco, singer, composer, and record producer passed away following multiple health issues last Tuesday, was cremated at Vile Parle’s Pawan Hans Crematorium in the presence of family and friends from the industry. He was 69. Lahiri famously brought a disco vibe to India's biggest film industry. He composed dozens of hits in the 1970s and '80s — which appeared in many top Bollywood movies.
