Chitro and Ruma Neogy recently organized the 2021 Caleidoscope Indian Film Festival of Boston featuring 6 films in different languages in theatres and 25 films on-line. The winners of the different awards were:
JURY AWARDS
Best Short: Washing Machine ($125) sponsored by Tanni Chaudhuri
Best Film: Dollu ($500) sponsored by Raj Melville and Shiamin Melville
Best Director: Neeraj Gwal for 4 Sum ($250) sponsored by Nehal Patel Ranganarayan and Ranganarayan Narasimhan
Best Actor: Ishtiyak Khan as "Chaman" the Rat Catcher in Aanchhi ($125) sponsored by Manny Lovely Singh
Best Actress: Tannistha Biswas in Kalkokkho (the house of time) ($125) sponsored by Urmi Purakayastha and Apratim Purakayastha
