Aditya Chopra's upcoming crime-drama film 'Bunty Aur Bubli 2' got postponed for the theatrical release. The film was scheduled to release on 23rd April in cinemas but Aditya now plans to hold the film following the seriousness of the second wave of coronavirus that has hit the country. Aditya, who believes the film to be a popcorn entertainer, does not want to take a risk with its entertainment capacity as it is a family comedy film. Big films like 'Roohi' and 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar' and 'Mumbai Saga' had the chance of window release after the lockdown but did not reach up to their actual capacity. The second wave of COVID-19 is the obvious reason. If people would have wanted to step out of their houses, the talk of COVID-19  second wave has shaken up the country once again. The team of the film 'Bunty Aur Bubli 2' is reportedly of the view that big films need to be released at the right time and this film could be a push to restart the stand-still Hindi film industry.
