“I will stay focus in assisting both Manju Sheth and Neelam Wali in the areas that require immediate, plus long term needs of the association.

My goal is to spread awareness and try to pull in more stalwarts from our community to come forward with strong financial support. I have a strong financial background and will utilize my experience whenever needed. I would also like to see more youth involvement from the community as they are the future torch bearers of any non-profit organization.”

Advisory Committee held its 1st meeting of the year on the 13 of Feb. I am pleased to say that we have a great start to the year 2021. Our Chair Manju and Vice chair Ramila have put their best foot forward and given us a huge starting point. I am envisioning Saheli's outreach in the community will increase by ten folds. They have brought in much-needed expertise to the group. The role of AC is to promote and advice on matters like fundraising, programs on women's mental health and women empowerment. Working together with Saheli Board AC will work on Mission and Vision of Saheli.

In our next segment, the new members of the advisory committee will be re-introduced with their fields of expertise & their goals as to how best serve this organization “
