Corona Se Darona : Don't Be Afraid Of Corona : Part II

Welcome to Part II of this Series.  In the Part I we talked about What Simple actions we can take and General Philosophy of Destiny and Death. 


This time, I would like to go over, what we observed during our Travel from Manchester NH to Los Angles CA.  

Thanks to Dr. Bindiya Thakkar for suggesting wearing two masks and face shield on the airport and during flight.  We did follow.   Washing hands frequently on the flight with hot water and soap.  American Airlines did a marvelous job of reassigning seats to all the passengers such a way that the social distancing can be maintained.  

We have been taking steam Inhalation everyday for now about three weeks.  One doctor suggested NOT to take 3 times a day as it may damage lungs?  We got the shipment of CoroNil by Baba Ramdev of Patanjali.   Since we received them on Nov. 17th, we have been taking a very low dose of one pill, each a day.   There is Swashari take 1/2 an hour before Breakfast and and Coronil, 1/2 hour after Breakfast.  There is a Inhaler , on sniff a day.

In Near future, We will offer again the Program on How to build Immunity YOGA Way.  Basically, there are two aspects to deal with.  1.  Stress:  Learn to live Stress Free Life ?  Easy said than Done!  Right ?  Stress is Immuno Drepressent.   If we cannot avoid it, Recognize the OnSet of Stress.  We reached 50% solution to the Problem.   Then learn to Relax.  Relax Deeply !  
2.  Second Aspect is Energize ourselves.  a.  If you know Kapalbhati, start doing it for at least 5 minutes straight.  Then build upto 15 minutes minimum per day.  so 5 minutes three times a day, until we can do 15 minutes Straight.  
b.   Do the same with Anulom Vilom - Alternate Nostril Pranayama.  
c.  Conscious Deeper Slower Breathing as much as convenient.  
d.  If you know Gunjan of Bhramhari.  Do that as many rounds as Convenient.   
3.  Will Power :  Make Sankalp - Resolve that ...... 

At least start with these aspects and then we will cover other aspects of Pranayama during our Program.
