Promotion of Positive Health (PPH) & YOGA Instructors Certification (YIC) starting from September 15th. 17 sessions: Tuesday and Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 PM and Saturdays 5 to 7:30 PM 2. YOGA for Diabetes: Including SDM - Stop Diabetes Movement as per sVYASA.org (Swami Vivekananda AnuSandhan Samsthan - Research Foundation, Also Deemed sVYASA YOGA University). Plus Other Approaches for Tackling Diabetes. Starting September 14th. 15 Sessions : Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5 to 7 PM 3. YOGA for Boosting Immunity : TBD. 4. On Going - Every Weekdays: Meditation from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
