Pudina and Coriander seeds Pakodas:

1 cup Chick pea flour

1/4 cup Rice flour

1 to 1.5 cups roughly chopped onions

4 green chilies finely chopped

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ginger paste

1 teaspoon freshly chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoon roughly chopped peanuts

1 teaspoon finely chopped Pudina leaves

1 teaspoon ghee

Salt to taste

 Mixed the above by sprinkling water into a thick but not too tight consistency. Taste and adjust for salt.

 Heat oil in a pan and once the oil is heated, drop in small pieces of the batter and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
