1..Providing Life-saving Medical Equipment to Government-Run Hospitals

One of the most common life-threatening complications leading to death due to COVID-19 infections is Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), commonly referred to in medical parlance as ARDS. Ventilators and Multipara monitors are the cornerstone for managing these critically ill patients with ARDS, thus averting a large percentage of fatalities. We propose to equip COVID-19 centres in government-run hospitals with such lifesaving equipment, thus contributing to saving lives.     

2..Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Health Kits for the Frontline Health Personnel

Doctors and Healthcare workers (Nurses, Technicians etc.) in the hospitals treating COVID positive patients are exposed to heavy viral loads and are thus extremely susceptible to acquiring infection, often with fatal consequences. Our endeavor will be to protect these Corona warriors by provision of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) kits to them.

In addition, we would facilitate provision of preventive kits (masks, gloves, sanitizers etc.) to grass-root level frontline community health workers (ASHAs, AWWs, ANMs) working in the community to spread awareness, identify, refer and track potential cases. Thermal scanners will be used by these workers for initial screening of cases.

3..Providing COVID-19 Prevention Kits and Rations for the Vulnerable Population

This would comprise products for preventive use such as soaps, 3-ply masks, gloves, hand sanitizers, etc., along with rations for a month.
