We are proud to host AAUW Work Smart Salary Negotiation - a grassroots salary
negotiation workshop in partnership with the American Association of University Women (AAUW)
Women working full-time in the Boston area are paid, on average, $0.76 to a male's $1.00. This workshop will teach women how to determine their market worth based on their skills, experience,performance, qualifications, and responsibilities on the job.
In addition, there will be tips for your LinkedIn profile and many resources for Women Empowerment.
