TriNethra Annual Dance Festival Brings Renowned Dancers

In its 5th year, this annual two evening festival of dance will feature different dance styles from India, be prepared for a sensory feast!  Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience vivid dances and dancers from around the North East and a special guest presentation by world renowned Rama Vaidyanathan!

11/15/19:

6:45pm:  Special Performance: Upcoming Dancers Series - Kathak by students of Urmi Samadar

7:15pm:  ACT 1:  Kathakali by Nisha Nair

8:15pm:  ACT 2:  Bharathanatyam and World Jazz - Jayshree Bala Rajamani and Natraj present the World Premiere of their new work based on Ragamala Painting Series.

6:00pm:  Special Performance:  Bharathanatyam by Manasa Jayanti

7:00pm:  ACT 1:  Manipuri by Jagganath Lairenjem and Troupe

8:15pm:  ACT 2:  Bharathanatyam by Kalaimamani Rama Vaidyanathan

TriNethra Festival of Dance presents world-jazz ensemble Natraj featuring special guest, Indian classical dancer, Jayshree Bala Rajamani, in the world premier of the full-length multimedia work, "Ragamala Paintings Alive!" The TriNethra Festival will be held at the Scottish Rite Masonic Museum & Library, 33 Marrett Rd., Lexington, MA 02421, on November 15 and 16, 2019. The festival starts at 6:45PM on Nov 15 and 6:00PM on Nov 16. The performance of "Ragamala Paintings Alive!" is scheduled for 8:15Pm on Nov. 15.
