Vibha Hosts Kite Flying Event

07/23/2019

Summer in New England means endless sunshine, lush green grass, smell of fragrant flowers, the touch of waves on your leg and out in the bright blue sky amidst soaring clouds the tails of little kites. It is that time of the year again to put on your flip flops and sunscreen and enjoy the arrival of summer with kite flying.

Vibha Boston is proud to celebrate summer yet again with our annual Kite Flying fundraiser and like every time every single dollar we earn goes to fund crucial projects for the welfare of underprivileged children in India and the USA. We welcome families with people of all ages to the event since we have something for everyone at the event.

This year is going to be bigger than what we have done anytime before. It is not only because of thousands of our facebook patrons who have committed to coming to the event but also because of the sponsors and stalls we have this year is almost double last year.

Our sponsor and vendor list keeps growing day by day. We have several different food stalls this year and a shopping bazaar with many vendors selling their products and offering their services.

We thank the people of  Boston from the bottom of our hearts for making this event so special.  Every year we meet our target fundraising, we plan for a bigger event next year. That's a win win for everybody. For the volunteers because they contributed something very meaningful, the sponsors because they get to cater to a diverse crowd and last but clearly the most important our patrons who come with the family and choose to celebrate summer with us by flying kites.

Please note the address for Parking is at Nagog Park Drive, 125 Nagog Park, Acton , MA-01720 even though the event is at NARA park.
