“Evaluation is treated as a trivial and low-paying job. An evaluator is expected to check around 100 scripts in a day and gets an average of 15 minutes along with Rs 30-50 per answer sheet. One can only meet this target by completing the task mechanically leaving no chance for deep analysis of answers."
