Raj and Prem Goyal Award for Rising Star in Medicine

Goyal Family Charitable Foundation and Lokvani.com invite applications for the 'Raj and Prem Goyal Award for Rising Star in Medicine'.   The Award in the amount of $1,000 will be given to two talented sophomore or junior college students who have received an offer for a summer research position.  The students must be US citizens or permanent resident and must have an intention to apply to medical school after graduation.

1. Resume, highlighting academic achievements

2. Offer letter for a summer research position

3. One page summary of current research interest and future career aspirations

4. Recommendation letter from a faculty member. 

The nominations must be received on or before June 5, 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.  A three member committee will select the awardees. The award will be announced on June 15, 2019.
