Problems from 02/14/19

Problem 1
The barrel is filled with water up to 57% of its capacity. When we add two buckets will be filled to 73% of its capacity. What is the volume of a barrel, if the volume of the bucket is 12 liters?

Problem 2
A square is inscribed a square so that its vertices lie at the centers of the sides of the square (see figure on right). The procedure of inscribing square is repeated this way.  What is the sum of areas all the squares if the side of the outer square is 10m.
