It is translated into English for the Benefit of The Readers:   

TITLE:  By staying POSITIVE, the capacity to do work goes up by 72% and fighting Capacity  against any Illness goes up by 52%!

Sub-Title:  Happiness has Healing Power so that some 90 countries have welcomed Happiness Therapy.  

* More than 90 countries have Happiness Therapy Programs.  Doctors and Patients have Dance Groups. By Hugging Doctors make patients happy and their recovery accelerates.

* Universities such as IIT and Harvard offers course on Positivity and conducts 100's of Researches. USA started first course on Happiness in 1998. 

* By staying close to Nature, we get more Happiness.  Along with Japan, some countries has starting Bathing in Forest resulting into reduced Crime rate.

Sub-Title:  20 Minutes Walk increases Happiness Index: 

Positivity is produced in HimpoCampus section of the Brain. Via Neorons, they spread the Happiness throughout the Body.    Active flow of NeuroChemical – Dopamine increases Positivity.  Otherwise, negativity increases.    Scientists believe that Milk and Banana increases the release of Dopamine.  In one study, Green color area in Brain scan increased fast after 20 minutes of walk.  (This news will make Walker Enthusiasts very Happy!)  

Sub-Title:   At 16-18, Happiness Level is at Highest Level

According to one Research, at the age from 16 to 18, we have been Happiest.  At 50, we go down the Hill.   These are the 5 Research Findings: 

1.      Problem Solving Ability increases :   Standford University found in the Brain Scan of 7 years young children, due to better Positivity, they could understand Math better and had the better Problem Solving ability.  

2.      Better Leadership Capability:  Positive people get more – better opportunity lead in Society and in Workplace.

3.      Opportunity to Succeed is 58 % higher:  Boston University Research says Positive People have 72 % more Capacity  and they get 58 % better opportunity.

4.      They maintain good Relationship:   Britain University Research indicates that Positive People maintain better relationship. 

5.      Less Heart Disease and Diabetes:   According to Harvard, Disease fighting capacity (Immunity) goes up by 52% .  Heart Attack goes down by 39%.  Increases life span by 8 years!    

Sub-Title:  Matthew Richard – The Happiest person in the world?   After studying himself for 45 years, he came up with these 5 Methods:

1.       Think of ourselves could cause us to be unhappy.  We become Happy by helping others and donating.

2.      Every hour, raising your arms and stretching your body for 10 seconds, relaxes our Muscles and system activates Happy Chemicals.

3.      In the Home and Workplace, hang pictures of people you love.  If you feel stressed, look at these pictures for a minute.  That would relieve your Stress.

4.      Chocolate and Walnut has Poly Phenol, which activates the Happiness area of the Brain.

5.      If U feel nervous, just laugh and that will activate Happiness section!

I recall that in Morari Bapu's Katha in Abu Dhabhi, Lady Minister of Happiness Department of their Govt. came to welcome Bapu. 

One of these days, I will share Happiness Analysis by sVYASA YOGA University, Bangalore, Bharat.  Our Culture emphasizes the point that well contended Person is always very Happy. 

Isn't this very interesting that our Gujarati Newspaper finds out about the Researches by most of these US Universities, which are in our Backyard.  So these news are Bharat Returned.
