A real estate agent Anees Ahmed recently dragged actor Shah Rukh Khan to court for allegedly not paying him brokerage on a flat. The complainant said the brokerage amounted to Rs 3.82 lakh towards the services rendered by him in helping the actor purchase a flat in suburban Khar.
The complaint was filed in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate K B Pankhe at Bandra, Mumbai.

Apparently, Ash’s agents asked the producers for Rs 3 crore (Rs 30 million) as her remuneration and they balked, prompting pretty Ms. Rai to walk out of the film. The film also stars Rani Mukerji, Amisha Patel and British actor Toby Stephens. (More news as things develop!) Rai is thrilled, we hear to be working on a light comedy with Vivek Oberoi titled Kyun...! Ho Gaya Na.
