We plan to have COMPLIMENTARY Parallel YOGA Sessions throughout  the day.

* 9 AM to 11 AM. General YOGA and

** 11 am to 1 PM.YOGA for Diabetes. - Sudhir

**** 3 to 5 PM - Chair Yoga & Meditation with Raj Marwaha

* 8:15 to 9:45 YOGA With Pankajben and Hansaben 10 AM to noon -
** 10 AM to noon - Pranayam & OM Meditation by Sudhir,
*** 1 to 3 PM General YOGA and Surya Namaskar by Harshalbhai
