Parking Details Parking will be available at - Major Taylor Blvd. Municipal Garage: 30 Major Taylor Blvd. Worcester, MA Special parking rate will be $1 for everyone entering between 12pm - 9pm paid at the entrance. This location is across the street from DCU center and is preferred option for everyone. For Vendors, Choreographers and Exhibitors entering before 12pm we will have special tickets. Event Day Details Event starts at 2pm with a Parade and followed by Cultural program Meena bazaar will open at 2pm Food vendors will be open at 2pm
